Website Sales Project Manager
As an E-commerce Development Sales Manager, you are challenged daily to engage with small and medium-sized business owners (door to door or inbound) and educate them about how WE BE ON IT e-commerce platform will help them run their business. You need to understand potential customers’ needs and pain points, as you will be their expert on the best solutions to grow their business. You are driving the entire sales cycle from start to finish, focusing on lead generation and prospect outreach, all while connecting merchants with the e-commerce solution that enables them to take that next step.
The following are expected responsibilities:
- Identify new businesses and reach out to existing businesses to improve their website or marketing needs.
- Generate weekly sales at expected quota.
- Manage and maintain multiple new & existing web projects.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers to ensure a smooth development process and the objective of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
- Follow up with clients weekly for content information
- Follow up with clients and prospects to further educate and solidify their business plans.
- Attend product training classes to sharpen industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication & project management skills
- Basic-to-advanced understanding of various eCommerce Platforms: WordPress, Shopify/Woo Commerce/Magneto etc. and e-commerce terminologies.
- Advanced understanding of process of building of eCommerce Websites
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
Required Experience:
- Project Management: 1 year
- Project Manager: 1 year
- E-commerce: 1 year
Skills and Qualifications:
- Tech/Internet Savvy
- Extremely Detail Oriented
- Problem Solving Ability
- Organizational Skills
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs and Dropbox
- Basic HTML knowledge preferred but not required
- High School Diploma required
- Must pass background check
