1. What is your Refund and Cancellation Policy?
Website Development Refund Policy:
Yes, we will refund your money if you are on a payment arrangement plan and you haven’t signed off on the first development site layout. Typically, we will provide your first development site layout within 5 – 7 days after payment. Once you have signed off on the first development site layout and the cancellation request is within the first 30 days, we will be glad to refund 50% of your down payment.
If you are on a paid in full promotional plan and a cancellation request is made before the development site layout is signed off on, we will refund 100% of your payment. If a cancellation request is made after you’ve signed off on the development site layout within the first 30 days, we will only refund 50% of your payment.
If you are on a payment arrangement plan and a cancellation request is made after the development site layout is signed off on and it’s after 30 days, we will not be able to issue a refund. All deposit made will be forfeited due to the work and time that we put into your project.
If you are on a pay in full promotional plan and a cancellation request is made after the development site layout is signed off on and it’s after 30 days but before 60 days, we will not be able to issue a full refund but we can issue your account a 50% credit towards a new project. Once this credit is applied, you will not be able to continue the existing project after 3 days has passed.
*We will not make any exceptions to these terms. We issue a partial refund due to the work and time we have invested in your project. All refund request must be sent in writing and will be processed within 30 to 45 days.
We are confident in our work and our team and will work hard to provide the results that you need no matter which service you choose.
Graphic Design Refund Policy:
We require 50% deposit on all graphic design service request and will not honor any refund once our agreement has been entered. We will provide designs revisions base on the terms of the package you choose until you are completely happy.
Digital Marketing Refund Policy:
A full refund will be given if you request to cancel our services within 3 days of making the payment. If you choose to terminate our services after an initial 3 days, then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The balance will be credited to the account from which you made payment within 30 – 45 days of cancellation.
Cancellation of any Digital Marketing service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of next billing cycle. If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.
If you signed up for our services but did not make use of them then you are still entitled to pay us.
Amount of refund will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 30-45 days of service cancellation.
SEO Refund Policy:
WE BE ON IT will not be liable for refund or guarantee of top search ranking under the following circumstances:
- In case of effect on SEO ranking due to changes in ranking algorithm, policies or functionality of search engines.
- Link building, a part of SEO, is carried out based on the information you provide us. In case the URLs given by you are incorrect, we will not be responsible for any subsequent errors and there will not be any refunds or money back guarantee.
- WE BE ON IT will not be responsible for SEO results if the client engages with any other third-party SEO services.
- The number of times and rank of a website appearing on the search list varies and thus an immediate change in the search ranking cannot be guaranteed.
- Any adverse effect on ranking due to changes in website content by the client or third-party service provider hired by them.
We make no guarantee that our SEO services will show the client’s website in top ten search rank. However, understand that we work in your best interest and put in our best effort to provide genuinely profitable results. Our aim is to make your life simpler and your business more lucrative.

2. Where do I start?

4. What happens after I submit my information?
We get to work on your new site right away, data-mining your current site, analyzing your social channels and more. Our team works hand-in-hand with our proprietary artificial intelligence engine to build your dream site.
5. What If I don’t have an existing website?
No worries, we can still build the first version of your site for you. We’ll work with you to add the rest of your content, your logo, colors, pictures etc. once you join WE BE ON IT.
6. Do I need my own domain?
Yes. For us to publish your website live on the web, you must own your own domain. If you do not own a domain we will help you secure it. Your Account Representative will assist you with this.
7. Do you offer search engine optimization (SEO) or other marketing services?
We are experts in all aspects of online marketing including SEO. Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing are all avenues of marketing that we can help you with. Need a Pay-Per-Click campaign set up and managed? We can do that too.
8. Do I own my website outright?
Once you have satisfied the payment plan stipulated in the agreement and our terms, the website files and database will be yours to use as you wish.

There are different service plans with rich features for users of all experience levels. 10. How long does it take to build your website?
We will get to work as soon as you make your payment and we can have you up and running as soon as you provide us with all your content.
